Architecture at Solaria is Directed by Dennis Beebe of Key West. Dennis has provided outstanding Architectural services in the Keys since 1984. His designs have received numerous awards for Historic Preservation. Architecture is a keystone at Solaria whether new construction or the renovation of a historic house. Dennis has designed green homes & resorts around the Keys, on off shore islands and in Central & South America.

Planning at Solaria
Planning at Solaria is Directed by a combination of principals in the firm. Our planning staff have provided planning services in the Keys since 1984. Solaria has worked with all the agencies and municipalities throughout the Keys as well as the myriad of Federal and State agencies that have jurisdiction over development in the Keys. Solaria provides expert guidance through the complex planning issues that can be encountered throughout the Keys.

Engineering at Solaria is directed by Steve Grasley P.E. of Marathon. Steve has provided a range of engineering services in the Keys since 2001. His engineering abilities span from structural to solar, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. He specializes in advanced sustainable system design. Steve has designed and built his own house in Marathon, which is totally off grid, providing for all electricity, water and waste on site. Steve has completed a wide range of commercial and residential projects throughout the Keys and solar projects throughout the US and the Caribbean.
