PLANNING, ARCHITECTURE & ENGINEERING AT SOLARIA DESIGN
New home on Key Haven, Florida, 3,500 Sq. Ft. two floors. Every room has an ocean view. Completed 2002.
New Home Shark Key, Florida, 3,500 Sq. Ft. two floors, 30,000 gal. cistern, every room has a view of the sunset. Completed 1997.
Eight New Homes on an entire block in Key West, Florida, 2,500 Sq. Ft. two floors, each with individual pools. This project implemented the new town design concept with all parking in the rear of each home. This project was award for new construction in the historic district. Completed 2008.
The Cuban Club project in Key West, Florida. Rebuilding of a burned historic structure and an adjacent building. The buildings are mixed use, commercial on the ground level and residential on the second floors. Both buildings were awarded for new construction in the historic district.
Two separate commercial buildings on Duval Street, Key West, Florida. Both are 5,000 Sq. Ft. on two floors. Both were awarded for new construction in the historic district.

Comprised
of a metal structure, supporting solar panel arrays, providing shaded parking in a City park. Completed in 2011.
300 Petronia Street, Key West. A new
2,500 square foot, mixed use in fill project in the historic district.
Two apartment units and two commercial units.
Completed June 2009.
